• All items are made to order.

• Production times vary by product and order volume.

• Customers must provide a requested completion or event date when ordering.

• This date is a request and not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing.

• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.

 

​Custom Orders & Design POLICY

​

• Custom and personalized items are created based on the information provided by the customer.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs (if provided).

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and material differences.

• Minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

• Once a proof is approved, no changes can be made.

• LittleSeaTurtle is not responsible for errors (spelling, dates, colors, quantities) once approval is given.

Shipping & Delivery POLICY

• Shipping time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.

• LittleSeaTurtle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer may result in additional fees for reshipment.

 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations POLICY

• Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom or personalized items. 

• Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. 

• Refunds will only be considered if Littleseaturtle is unable to fulfill the order.​
