Custom and personalized items are created based on the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs (if provided).

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and material differences.

Minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Once a proof is approved, no changes can be made.

LittleSeaTurtle is not responsible for errors (spelling, dates, colors, quantities) once approval is given.

Shipping & Delivery POLICY

Shipping time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.

LittleSeaTurtle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer may result in additional fees for reshipment.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom or personalized items.

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

Refunds will only be considered if Littleseaturtle is unable to fulfill the order.​
